If you deposit today they will be credited within 24 hours.
But I will get the match bonus even though the terms state that it is unlocked only with the first qualifying deposit!

Don’t worry. I will never use it anyways! But thanks for explaining. And you suggested I be removed after I questioned the programs efficacy claiming that I clearly was unhappy with the program. You might brush up on the customer service skills because if you actually addressed my original question in an appropriate manner (ie “it looks like the system awarded the match in error. Upon a deposit of $20 as of now, your spins and points should appear on your account.”) this whole conversation would’ve been done with. Thanks for the help sir, yet another super conversation with customer service.

@Alexander Lets go ahead and opt me out of the Super Crypto program. Even if it takes me out of the crypto exclusive altogether, no bonus at all is better than continuing all this nonsense. Thanks

I also didn’t received my points , spins, and my bitcoin referral bonus for 25 and it’s be 24 hours . Damned if we do and damned if don’t I do to their suggestions to “refer “ and the can even get that right . I don’t even ask for ndb anymore those are historical and now the this … just give the measly 25 with the other bonus? Lol I only asked for an explanation about the issuance of partial rewards this week and you can see in the conversation above how fantastic that went. I’m no longer in the program at all! Lol
