The first 3 sets of spins are issued together with the first 3 deposits.
After that it is once per day.
So the 2nd deposit you made on the 2nd is not eligible for spins, so last week is correct.
This week you have made 3 deposits and redeemed 2 sets of spins.
The 3rd set of spins are available to redeem from your rewards.
Sometimes I get the spins and points right away, just checking the status

@Emma @Nick @Alexander please check both my conversations from this morning as I am pissed! It’s been 24 hrs since my last qualifying deposit for my last set of spins. The first chat, they recognized that one more set is owed, I just needed to wait a few more hours and re contact if not added automatically. I recontacted and had to again convince the incompetent agent about the spins. I’m 100% over it. I don’t even want to be in this “super” program. I’d totally settle for being switched back to the old program. I HATE this one for this very reason! Please help. I’m so tired of feeling like I have to fight for this nonsense.
I got screwed last week and didnt fight it and now i assume i will get screwed again by some new rule this week. Its ridiculous that so many need to ask for these spins but because of the convoluted rules of 3 a day, 7 a week, 15 per moon cycle it is bound to get f’d. but hey wait til 24-49 hours so we can waste their time more than once. Just go back to the old program please! For the sake of u and us!

@spowell On review note that you weren’t due any spins today until the last deposit you made at 5:41p ET. You made 1 eligible deposit on the 5th, and 1 on the 6th. The 3 you made on the 8th then became the 4th deposit and wasn’t eligible for 2 sets. So you were owed 3. The deposits you made on the 9th and 10th were then eligible for 1 set a day. You were then at 6 and only eligible today when you made a relevant deposit.
I am not sure why the agents agreed that you were eligible after contacting them and stating you were as you weren’t eligible.

All that did was infuriate me further. Spins aside, I never asked to be put in this “super” program. It was forced upon me. I was perfectly happy where I was. This is not a perk or “super” in any way. It’s a curse. I’m just being honest. Furthermore, it is incomprehensible that it is permissible to gaslight customer, have on chat for an HOUR to finally be told one thing, in this case that after given a few hours, if it’s not added automatically to then get on chat again and they will add the spins, only to be belittled and gaslit further the second time around! I’m not sure what’s worse, that that kind of “customer service” is permissible OR that I actually PAY to play here! I did not agree or ask or in the slightest not want to be in the new program! I wa perfectly happy in the old one. I’m on a crappy losing streak, and the ONE LAST bonus that I qualified for gets taken from me and I’m forced into this awful one that causes so much frustration! I HATE THIS! I honestly don’t know what else to think other than the casino is legitimately trying to push me into never playing here again! Real talk, all they gotta do is so. Losing sucks! But causing this amount of emotional stress of stupid spins from a program I never asked to be apart of is straight up criminal! I’m just over this. I don’t get it.
