@Rose are you still working? Or anyone that can address my PM. I am confused by Rose’s reply. Can you or someone please clarify? I have not had any issues with the 50 free and the bonuses in my account. If I accepted a bonus that cancelled my 50 free then I was not aware and why is such a bonus even in my account? Why would there even exist such a thing. This is a first for me but this feels like a set up.

Hey Nick. I just wanted to follow up on our discussion back in May regarding the Super Crypto bonuses. You and Emma repeatedly insisted I was wrong in my questioning and that I needed to deposit without a bonus to receive or activate the 150% bonus. I haven’t deposited since our exchange simply on principle.
I check back every so often just to see if there is a 150% super crypto bonus in my account, and indeed there is a 150% bonus ready right now, and there usually is. I never deposit. You might want to clarify the rules of this promotion and work to improve lines of communication to avoid alienating good customers. Thanks for your time Nick.

once again im missing my rewards and never recieved one once but last deposit as well and i lost my money without even a single bonus just lag gy and loss after loss not even making it a gamble

I PM’d them hours ago. This whole fiasco with rewards not being added is on slotslv. From now on if I’m missing spins or points I won’t be making a deposit until I’m caught up.
I hear ya! When the super crypto program first started it was anarchy! I got to that point too because it was too hard to keep track of what deposit missed spins and on what days etc. I felt like I was spending more time reconciling my transaction history than I was actually playing! Plus I was getting irrationally angry at a system that was beyond my control and violently typing out messages on my phone to mods and CS agents lol I don’t do well with heightened emotions and no physical outlet to release them on! Lol But you’re absolutely right about the rewards being issued. Slotslv definitely needs to upgrade that system because A LOT of players get to exactly that point which I imagine causes a huge decrease in overall deposits.

Oh yeah! I mean they are limited on what they can do but it particularly annoying when you get one that is SO scripted that you feel like you’re talking to a brick wall! I would so much rather be told straight up “I can’t fix the problem and the person that can takes at least two days to even get to your case, and I can’t offer any compensation because that’s above my pay grade” lol. That is why I like dealing with the mods in here when I need to. They seem to have at least a little more access to fix problems or at least see what the problem is, and they talk like humans! It actually cracks me up when I see a mod having to go back and forth with a player because at some point resolution or not the player is just angry and can’t be really be satisfied (at least not by something within the mods power) and you can see the moment that point is reached because the mod will switch to the scripted responses. “I know it’s disappointing but unfortunately…” lol It’s the only safe exit out of that situation really. Players get to that point for sure though, myself having been one of them in the past. I think it was Nick that I was going toe to toe with lol I’m pretty sure had something to do with the Super Crypto program when it first started. Looking back now, it’s embarrassing because the whole thing was a clusterF*#k and it’s not like Nick personally wrote the terms and conditions lol But anyways, chat agents always seem to be the lowest on the totem pole and rely a little too much on the script. However they are a necessary evil because there isn’t always a mod available on here. I don’t know if tagging them will get someone on here or if they are just on a different schedule but I usually see them during my over night hours which would be about now. This is also why players will likely get tired of me soon lol I get on here when I’m bored and comment on posts likely intended for mods.
