What about my deposit I had on March 27th I was issued free spins I tried to claim them on March 29th and I never got my spins I am still owed free spins even though the promotional bonus reward is now expired. Wrong. Yes I claimed the Free Spins but never received those spins. Check the gameplay records. Not one spin used and it’s because I NEVER RECEIVED WHAT I HAD CLAIMED
I’m afraid as CS already advised you, those spins have since expired. If you have something that does not work for any reason you need to contact somebody straight away so it can be sent to the marketing team.
Unfortunately we cannot add the spins again as they no longer exist.
So so why is it difficult to add new spins and take care of my issue so instead you’d rather have me disgruntled and walk away from your casino all because you can’t just add new bonus reward spins for me ?
