Hey you guys @moderators could you check my acct i had complained about last weeks deposit and two earlier this weeks deposits and i received, finally 3 sets of spins. Now i believe I’m missing one more set possibly two. Please check. Its getting ridiculous that I’m having to be confused about something that should be automatic considering it was one of the selling perks of going crypto exclusive. I am not in any way trying to be ugly to anyone that is assisting me because I know slots.lv appreciates your customer service skills, as do I. I just think that something has gotta give because it is quite obvious that the system is flawed and should really be examined so as to not cost you customers.

No the ones at 1 am were from my deposit last night so I have not received my spins please add to my account

I tried to claim my Free Spins from March 27 on March 29 and even though it says claimed, I never received my Free Spins. I spend alot of money here and this is unacceptable because I keep getting denied by a representative instead of being taken care of like the good customer that I am.

Not for the deposit I made today I am still missing one set not including the one for today’s deposit 4/8/23 no one seems to want to go back and look at the trend actions . Sometimes u deny them cuz u say the time is considered by your local time and not mine sometimes it’s give according to my local time it’s never the same no consistency I am owed technically for the one owed if we are going by your local time and I deposited at 11 something last night 1your time but I guess this mod. Doesn’t use that requirement so I would like my spins for the deposit I made after 5 today my time thank u I spend 1000s with u and well I have to fight tooth and nail to get spins I’m owed per the amazing (not) promotional group I’m in all 4.50 with of spins thank you

It is 1 set per day after the first 3. You do not get a set for every deposit.
