There is a delay with the deposit matches due to the maintenance yesterday. Our marketing people are working to get these caught up and issued.

I know there was the “delay” with deposits yesterday. Is there a delay with the crypto rewards being issued?
Made a deposit last night and still haven’t gotten my 50 spins and 7500 points.
Yes I know… 24 hrs…. But they’re usually there within a couple hours.
Anyone else not get them?

I haven’t either. But no one will help until the 24 hour mark.
Unfortunately, that’s not the case…
I personally know of two ppl that consistently receive their rewards within 2 hours (give or take).
I just expect the same level of service across the board.
@Nick I do wonder, based on the past issues, if you have devs purposely dragging out their time to get paid more… it shouldn’t take this long to issue these… it should be a fairly basic script to check if users are eligible or not and then issue the bonuses…

Hi, the rewards points and 1st set of spins were issued. You are still within the timeframe for the others so we are unable to help at this point I’m afraid.
This is nothing to do with devs, it’s down to the marketing team.
If they are not issued after 24 hours have expired please let us know.
I always get mine at 2 hours on the dot. This BS pisses me off because they drag their feet on purpose.

Your marketing team doesn’t have a script that iterates the users within a given program that have deposited within the past week, meet all the criteria for the bonuses, and then automatically hand those bonuses out? If you’re having to manually do it for everyone then yeah it’s a dev problem… or just an upper echelon problem handcuffing the devs… it’d be an easy task for the devs… even if it had to be manually issued, a simple admin interface of the eligible users with an “issue” button and all the necessary criteria listed would speed things up…

Yea this is the 1st time I haven’t automatically rec’d free spins & points after 1st deposit of the week. 2nd deposit no free spins either. They’ll eventually get added at a crappy time when slots are dead. No more deposits for me until I’m caught up.
