Your deposit was at 4p yesterday, so you are well within timeframe.
We cannot manually add unless 24 hours have expired as we have advised numerous times.

It depends when they run the issuance script and when you have deposited. Sometimes you could get the perks within 30 minutes, other times it will take longer
My transactions say it was 2pm. You know this is costing slots Lv quite abut of money because a lot of us won’t make another deposit until we are square because there is a chance we will get someone that doesn’t love their job and we get escalated to promotions team because we are upset and then it takes 48 more hours when all you have to do is activate them since you just reset your games. This is the first day after so you shouldn’t make everyone wait. Tia I wrong for you to treat loyal players this way.

We are simply advising the timeframe for rewards to be added, as per the promotion details on the website.
I’m very sorry if you are not happy about the terms of this program, but those are the terms that have always been in place.
Can a mod please add my daily deposit match bonuses. They are no longer showing up . I contacted customer service who told me I need to make a deposit to qualify for those again, which i did and it’s still not there. I’ve been crypto exclusive for over a year and never once have I had to make a deposit to qualify to get the match bonuses …. Free spins, I understand you have to deposit at least $20. The match bonus should be in the account weekly. Can someone please look into this
