●birthday bonuses GONE,
●free spins on 5x Vegas immediately distributed to you after every $20 deposit GONE,
●anywhere from like 1250 to several thousand reward points distributed immediately after every deposit (which was eventually changed to where you’d receive them the next morning) GONE,

The mod in this thread advises keeping in mind that promotions are sometimes removed to make way for new and better ones. I want to ask, as I’m sure on behalf of 90% of the other players here… WHERE?? WHEN?? Because I’ve been here for like over half a decade and have yet to see that happen . It really sucks to have to say this to you guys, but you all should take a look at some of your top competitors because the two casinos I mainly play with now have actually done just that. They removed some stuff but immediately replaced it with something 10 times more beneficial to the player, not just to the casino.

I’ve never even heard of end of month spins and I’ve been here many many years and deposit and lose on nearly every single deposit anywhere from 50 to 100 times a day. What are or I guess I should say WERE these end of month spins?

How do I use my rewards to get a bonus. I’m dollar rush with 346k

You’ll first need to head over to your ‘MySlots Rewards’ Portal and click on “Get My Bonus”, then you can choose to redeem all or just a portion of your Rewards Points… Once redeemed, it will then be converted into playable bonus funds that you could use on Slots, Table Games, Video Poker and Specialty Games.

Honestly I’m really upset and disappointed in this site. I deposit damn much via crypto and part of the crypto program. Every time I ask an agent to help with any promotion or anything relevant to my account they defer and make you specifically ask for whatever it is. They don’t help at all. Not only am delisting thousands and losing daily but to get any sort of assistance from an agent is out of the question.

If you’re referencing a different issue, could you please clarify or provide more details so I can better assist you?

Yes I contacted them about the issues I was having and nothing was done. I was told just because it’s not a wide site issue that basically it didn’t happen. It’s frustrating cause I’m playing with my money and dealing with network errors during the slots spins and having to continually reload the game and it has an effect on the game.
