We haven’t ended it, it seems to be an issue. As both Gabriel and I mentioned, it’s already been escalated and is being looked into. Kindly bear with us while it gets resolved.

I’m not going to deposit a single dollar until I get my $17.50 + this is ridiculous I still haven’t got my $17.50
False advertising

As I mentioned above, this is being looked into. It’s an issue on our end, not false advertising. Your account has also been added to the ticket by Gabriel.

I still haven’t received my points either and it has now been a whole 24hrs!!!

All you guys and gals complaining are something else i swear… OMG its vern a whole 24hrs and i still havent gotten my bonus something that they dont have to do but are atleast nice enough to offer to us… waaah waaah im a little toddler and going to throw a temper tantrum and deposit anymore money until i get… like seriously in the big grand scheme of things do you really thing they give two shits?? Im gonna go with hell no for 500 Alex… like take a Valium or xanax and chill its out of all of our control wether we get it or not… 2 mods said they escalated sit back be patient and im willing to bet my own company sooner or later sooner would be cool but if its later oh well ill be fine either way we will get what has been promised to us… my many years with slotslv i have came to find out they always right there wrongs and usually add a extra pillow to cushion it…

3 DAYS in a row!? 17.50 each day, and it’s BS because obviously you end up making extra deposits when this happens! And the customer service is inexcusably awful, this is at least the 3rd or 4th time this has happened and its like they get no training! Only ONE guy I chatted with even understood how the Crypto Club rewards are supposed to work, his name was Alex. The rest were clueless.

I didn’t receive my points today. Would you mind checking that please?
