I never got my $17.51 crypto rewards points today I chat with someone a couple hours ago he said to delete my cache and cookies log off and log in and I did all of that still nothing
Same here. It’s so frustrating when they act clueless about this. I had send a screenshot of the program.

@moderators. This IS NOT a clear your cache issue. If it was…you would be able to see on your end that the reward points were issued…and if they were issued and we couldn’t see them then THAT would be a clear the cache issue.
As you can tell on your end… They were NOT issued. please don’t delay getting this fixed by making us jump through a whole bunch of unnecessary hoops. Thank you.

I didn’t receive my points from two most recent deposits. Supposed to receive 3,500 points for every $20 deposited in every 24 hour period (up to a max of 17,500 points every time). crypto club is the promo I believe.
