I am also missing points for the last two days. I did receive my points this morning though for yesterday deposit.

See yesterday I made one deposit of $100+ and this morning I got $17.50 in points. According to y’all I would’ve only gotten $3.50 in points so please educate yourselves on how the program works. Thanks!!

It’s amazing how the vast majority of customer service don’t even understand how it works. Like you said a single $100 deposit, OR 10 $10 deposits, both get you the max points. Mine aren’t in again today and they still owe me $17.50 from a week ago

I have a question as well…. If I deposit $100 on the 100% match bonus and I won’t be earning reward points on any of the money including my deposit of $100 and the bonus of $100…theb what happens if I forfeit the bonus before playing any of the bonus money? Will I then get the rewards I would have earned on the actual money I deposited?

From what I’m seeing is reward points will no longer be earned on these deposits. you 'll get an additional Scratch Card entry, giving you another chance to score instant wins. In relation to the deposit bonus if redeem and then forfeited before completing rollover all winnings that earn using bonus funds will be loss.

Basically what I’m asking is ……if I deposit using the deposit match bonus and play the required rollover…after that does the money start earning reward points? Or it just never earns points until I cash out and re-deposit?
