This is day 3 and there is not resolution. I am appalled at how little has been done to take care of us in a timely manner. Shame on you Slots for being so insensitive to your loyal customers :rage:

Funny, the moderator and the CS Representative both told me that I WAS WRONG about how the Crypto Rewards work, yet here’s rewards for 1 day added today when I made the deposits the same way yesterday as the 2 days before. Now if I can only get the 2 days owed to me…

This problem Bella giving bad vibes I’m not spending another dime here until things are running like how they used to. One cs can add points others need to escalate the case like WTH. Issue my points already. Nobody got time to wait .

I would like to receive information regarding this as well. I’ve been offered a claim escalation 3 times now and have not heard back on any of them.

This entire site’s promotions are a joke. I don’t think that I’ve ever actually had things just go smoothly, gotten exactly what I was owed, and in the agreed upon timeframe set out in the terms and conditions that THEY determined!

Same! This is day 4 that I am still waiting for my points. Clearly things are not working correctly and I thought that Slots would make it right quickly however all I get is sorry’s. Can we fix this or manually add them then move forward. @moderators

Well there isn’t anything I can do except wait. I’m not depositing until this is resolved. You’ve taught me to be wary of your basic operations and that coupled with constant losses, spins that stop short or glitch in the middle have given me pause. Not to mention that after waiting 4 days no one even bothers to give me a little free play for my troubles.

same here. they delay and hold then lump multiple deposits and gameplay sessions effectively max out daily points for sure. i have also seen that when i would exchange points for a few dollars bonus play to pass the time between deposits, the bonus wouldn’t be ā€˜closed’ in the gameplay when i lost it. I would be closed after i lost the newly deposited cash funds and i wouldn’t earn points for playing during that time.

I also didn’t get my $17.50 and after 4 days waiting you guys only gave me $11.30 and yesterday deposit today I didn’t get my $17.50 I’m started to wanting to deactivate my account how can you as for pm of the description of the bonus owed when it’s on your website ?
