My concern wasn’t solved what about that ? Don’t act like y’all fixed it, your good with taking our deposits but can’t honor what you advertise on your website

Upon reviewing your account, I see that you made a deposit of $20.23 at 1:10 AM, and the Crypto Club: 100% up to $250 bonus was applied for that amount. You then made another deposit of $22.24 at 2:49 AM, and the bonus was also added for that.
As for the points, once you meet the wagering requirements, the points will be credited the day after your deposit. So, in your case, they will be added on the 21st as per the terms.

lol!! You can’t be serious is this a joke?? I’ve been missing my crypto club reward points from Friday’s deposits I’ve reached out numerous times now.
I was told I was not a part of the crypto club in an escalation even though the club page only has ‘Deposit Now’ buttons on the page instead of “Opt-In”, I received point adjustments in the pass automatically (which becomes harder to provide with the 31 day max pull of past transaction), got a personal message being given missing club points (see below), and currently have bonus offers for the 100% up to $250 that did not expire as of this message. I was told the reward points that brought this escalation up will not be given and that the status of the club membership can be subject to the marketing division even though the terms and conditions section of the club page has no mention of this. The agent I discussed this with had no interest in trying to find out why I apparently lost my club status, and I have no real faith in their opting me back in actually worked as there is no feedback provided in the messages/notifications area.

but I was enrolled previously is the point. As referenced from that message provided and all the other points mentioned above. I’ve only ever done crypto deposits. There’s some issue that’s not being looked at for how I suddenly wasn’t a club member anymore.

You were locked into crypto deposits, but that isn’t the same as actually being enrolled in the program.
The CS agent you spoke with earlier has opted you in manually, so you are all good now.
That message about the 10000 rewards was sent on May 25th. The agent also stated that the 100% match bonus I have that doesn’t expire until later today indicated that I had some club status in May for that offer to be there (the terms and condition also mentions this on point number 6). I have been given rewards owed prior without talking to any agents prior to today. I received this message prior to the re-opt-in today. There’s something not adding up with all this. This at least has to look odd.

This was sent to all players as far as I am aware, due to an issue a couple of weeks back, but I can assure you until 6.35 ET this morning you were not enrolled into the crypto club program!
On 5/5/25 I was given 25500. After 2 days of doing the max alotted depos/wagers of those days with a current level of Cherry Boom status at that time (12750 per day). This also doesn’t explain the previous message provided that was sent on 5/25/25 with the missing rewards credited as a goodwill gesture or other agent talks where I was given the missing credits. These actions above assure me that I was enrolled prior.
