$60 in deposita was yesterday, should have received the points today.

Haven’t gotten mine either. This is kind of ridiculous at tho point. They won’t even give us compensation for anything. We just get what we’re owed originally. Two weeks of issues that we had to wait on and nothing rewarding us.

Once AGAIN we have NO Crypto Club points and I was just on a chat for over an HOUR with another employee who DOESN’T KNOW HOW IT WORKS! Im owed points and I want them, and then they have the balls to send me a message, WHILE Im on the chat trying to get my CCRs, saying Oh make 3 $50 deposits and we’re going to give you an extra $30, yeah SURE YOU WILL!

That guy had me on a chat for a solid HOUR, finally gave me $7 instead of the $17.50 owed to me for my $300 in deposits, which lasted me 3 MINUTES of slot play! HOW is it that they dont even know how the Crypto Club works? According to these Einsteins if you made 2 $100 deposits you only get $7 in rewards. And if you made 20 $15 deposits you get nothing!

I am having the same issue. I sent CS a screen shot of how the crypto club works. I got nothing for my deposits made on May 10th! Nada! @moderators please advise what to do or let us know there is still an issue. Transparency please.

I can’t and won’t deposit again without getting the perks I’m already owed…no reason to back the system up more and more and continue to have to spend hours of my time on CS chat to get no where.

HELP US OUT or tell us what is going on please.

How is it that the deposit bonuses can be put in the rewards section but can’t get the rewards points from previous 2 days??

Out of the 4 customer service reps who manually added points to my account, during the last month for Crypto Club rewards, only ONE actually knew what they were doing. Not only that but he also did it wicked fast, shout out to Edgar, the other 3 each had me on hold for a minimum of a half hour, and all argued with me to the bitter end that their false interpretation of the rules were correct, and that the automated system must have made a mistake over 300 days in a row! Sorry but thats pretty sad and wicked frustrating to have happen on TOP OF not getting your points on time. And I’m only writing this on the slightest chance that someone in charge is made aware and decides that they should train these people better.


Well I was told by customer support to do this and see if my points magically appear :rofl:
