I deposited a little over $30 on the 7th, wagered it the same day and still haven’t received my rewards points.

And what a couple of us are saying is that this feature has not been working. I also made qualifying deposits on May 7th and have not received these rewards points.

Ive been playing daily for well over a year and it has ALWAYS gone by the TOTAL amount deposited, now the terms have suddenly changed, or should I say the INTERPRETATION of the terms have changed? I made $250 in deposits and only got 3,500 points, 14,000 points less than I ALWAYS got! In addition I was told that 2 $50 deposits will only count as 2 qualifying deposits “of 20$ or more” as opposed to $100 worth of deposits! Absolute joke!

So I guess no one is going to address my concern about my missing points from 4/17-5/5? And the 13 deposits made during that time frame. Typical. Can’t say I’m even surprised at this point. Contacting CS is the biggest waste of my time I’ve ever had to endure. I am sick of trying to explain the promotions to them and trying to get them to comprehend. Do you pay these people so try actual money? Bc from what I’ve seen, paying them in circus peanuts would be too much compensation. The b just ignore your question and act like they’ve answered it, and then hang up the chat. Literally hours and hours of my life I will never get back. So again, 13 deposits from 4/17-5/5 that I never received points for. Not to mention the points I’m missing for the last few days deposits.

Now let’s see if this post can also be ignored by the moderators or if they will actually respond this time…………………………………

Same thing with me, AND again 10:30 has come and gone with NO rewards, I’m beginning to think they’re purposely doing this to see how long people will just keep playing, I know Ive finally had it myself.

They make it really hard to track when reward points are issued and redeemed. But I can say that the rewards points have consistently been there at the same time every day since the beginning of the program. But not lately. Not at all and they haven’t offered any compensation to help out for the fact that they’re having issues

I received a message this morning saying that Crypto Club is back and that my account had been updated with the missing points. However, when I checked my account, there were no rewards points at all.

I contacted customer service, but they were not helpful and didn’t resolve the issue. Any advice on what to do next would be appreciated.

Definitely not all the points I’ve been owed over the past few weeks

I’m missing my points from yesterday… should have 10.5k points this morning
