Havenāt gotten my Crypto Club points for quite a while. Iām done being patient. The relevant team is irrelevant.
This was escalated for you yesterday by CS, once they have an update they will reach out to you.
So apparently theyāve up and CHANGED the rules regarding Crypto Club Rewards!? I think that they should maybe LET PEOPLE KNOW! According to my chats and now an official message you ONLY GET POINTS PER āQUALIFYING DEPOSITSā! THIS MEANS YOU GET THE SAME REWARDS FOR 2 $100 DEPOSITS AS 2 $20 DEPOSITS AS OPPOSED TO THE WAY ITS LITERALLY ALWAYS BEEN DONE WHICH WAS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OVER $20 IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD! I WAS TOLD THAT FOR 2 $20 DEPOSITS I GET 7000 POINTS AND 2 $500 DEPOSITS 7000 POINTS! IDK ABOUT ANYBODY ELSE BUT IM ALL SET!

Deposit $20 or more, wager it the same day (before 11:59 PM ET), and earn extra Rewards Points based on your Rewards Level. You can do this up to 5 times per day. You will get the Rewards Points the next day after your deposit.
Also why didnāt a moderator EVER reply to me on here? Isnt that supposed to be the point? Just one more in a now LONG list of examples of poor customer service. Dont you think you should post that the CCRs have completely changed their policies? Now you only get rewarded per deposit regardless of any total amount of deposits made that day, for example I was making $300 in total deposits and only getting 7000 points in rewards because as you can see only 2 āqualified depositsā
Good morning, I have not received my points from my deposit (60 total= 10.5k points) on 5/10ā¦ I should have received them by 5/11. The points bonus worked perfectly for my $80 deposit on 5/9 and I got them the next day but I just didnāt know what happened to the points for the 5/10 deposits

Also Iām sorry but What the hell are they talking about 48 HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK? So all deposits need to be made before Friday? This is the utter incompetence Ive been dealing with for the last MONTH and Ive had it! Obviously my $5,000 a month doesnāt even make me a VIP so youve clearly got a lot of high rollers you cater to, (not you personally but slotslv) but I cant justify spending my money to be subjected to this utter nonsense. Try explaining this message to me because it makes no sense at all

I have played a LOT online and these sites have the best customer service of any sites that I know of. I have been there and Iāve need frustrated af before, but when you compare the service here to other janky sites - I think these are the best. When thereās a site wide issue they automatically issue pointsā¦ idk just my opinion and Iām not saying youāre wrong, but I think the service is a lot better than any online site that I know of. And Iām a high value vip on most lol
