I’m not aware of any issues at the moment, as far as I know everything is working as expected.
Yup ever since crypto club started same time every day.
It’s like we deposit money. Lose money. Get the rewards points and try to rebuttal. More waiting, then gonna have to contact cs again go through the same thing over again.
Do we not get the missing points from when it was down? I got nothing from 4/17-5/5 and I made 13 deposits. Chat is of no use. They just told me to use chrome and go through the trouble shooting steps. Like they will get you to add the.
I still haven’t received my Crypto Club points for my deposit on May 7th
Ok, heres a question. WHY is SlotsLV acting like the crypto club rewards program is fixed? Ive had to spend over an hour each day, talking to people who have absolutely no clue, to try to get my rewards? Ive literally had 3 chats today, and the last guy said it doesn’t show that im even enrolled in the program that Ive been in only since DAY ONE. And for my current streak of over 300 days in a row! Same with my GF, why do we have go on chats with numbskulls and beg for our rewards? Absolute failure of basic customer service at every level.

So I still never got my rewards points, Its past 11:00 apparently Im not getting them today, go figure though I spent another $200 while waiting and got 2 bonuses of around $3 each 
but yeah no points, no response here, I think its time start stepping away seriously its going on a month now that everything has gone down the tubes and apparently nobody in “customer service” cares…

Ive gotten the maximum crypto rewards at 10:30 am every day for 2 years and suddenly it just stopped, about a month ago. Supposedly some people say its been fixed but not for me, and nobody is addressing it Im seriously about to find another site if they dont fix it.

And then The Reward Points will be credited the following day after the qualifying deposit and wager are completed.
Definitely not. I make 2 $10 deposits and got my points the following at the same time like always before the nightmare.
