***Crypto Club Questions***

How does something like this happen? Genuinely curious, when you have a system in place like the Crypto Club Rewards, how does it suddenly after YEARS stop working? Also, are we actually going to get ALL of the credit owed because it’s getting up there, with the CCB and the scratch card . I ask this because one of the customer service reps I chatted with tried to pull the excuse that in the fine print it says something along the lines of “everything subject to change”!

To add insult to injury the games have been absolutely horrendous.

@Nick @moderators I have a PM to you guys stating that I haven’t received my extra reward points for my deposits since this mess began. I don’t think the person responding to the PM understands what I’m talking about. Can someone please look into this? I am talking about the screenshot you just provided another player. I have deposited and wager many days in a row, this week and last and haven’t gotten my rewards points. Please check out my last PM messages. Thank you so much

So are all points owed being issued

As far as we are aware, or something in place of.

So is crypto club reward points still being issued? I don’t think I’ve received last weeks and from last nights deposits…

Normally id see points adjusted at 10:31-10:32am the next day after using the crypto deposit bonus

That’s what they said to me as well but I went back to transactions n never saw any points adjusted smh

I don’t know why it’s taking so long or why they are saying we got it already. At least they could put out another sweeping comp since we have waited so long

Yeah… same thing. It’s crazy to think that chat support is allowed to accuse us of receiving all the points that we’re owed, even though we definitely have not. I don’t accuse people of anything- unless I’m absolutely certain. I spend over an hour with chat yesterday and they also said “you received all the points you are owed and you redeemed them all as well” to me and when I requested the dates and times of the cumulative 84k points that I supposedly was issued and redeemed, they just stopped responding. It’s just frustrating… I don’t want it to seem like I’m being hostile right now, but to accuse a customer who is down 6 figures on this site of that and it not being true is unbelievable to me. All over $84 in points that I’m actually owed… just crazy

I was told there were no issues with the crypto reward program and that all I needed to do was clear my cache, restart my device, use incongnito mode, and …. The points would be there!

Well in fact the points were not there after taking these simple troubleshooting steps.

So what are we supposed to do with that response from chat? Or being told we had already received them, when we hadn’t?

Just take it as it is, and give up?
Do we ask to talk to a supervisor? (Never have had luck with that)
Do we keep messaging you guys here?
What do we do?

I still havent received my reward points for my deposits last week. I was finally able to do the scratch card but still missing points for 2 deposits. Can someone please help get these added? @moderators @Liv @Nick @Raziel

Yeah I made deposits late last week and early this week thinking I’d have reward points on the way but sounds like reward points don’t exist anymore. Our compensation for the sites issues are in the form of the green girl on the scratch card.

Im in t he same situation. We have alm been told they would adjust our poi ts and now just saying that it was covered in the other compensation. Thats lying to us i know i was told that my points would be given to me after they fixed the issues. Not that a previous comp covered it. I wouldn’t ve so mad if i hadnt been told that everything was normal i could deposit and everything would function as it is supposed to. Then once i seen i didnt receive my points i asked about it and was told to continue depositing and they would adjust it later not to worry. Now im being told a previous comp took care of that issue. I was lied to sl they could keep getting my deposits. This is not right and the agents are wrong for telling us that we would get these points.

I haven’t received mine in weeks, they literally owe me hundreds of dollars. They say that theyre working on it, but Idk I was told 5 days ago it was 85% fixed.
