Wth is the “Green girl”?
Hey mods: any chance of getting my crypto club points settled via PM? I’m starting to think that “maintenance” isnt going to be finished any time soon…
The craziest part is that the green girl gets me .01 cent of being able to redeem my rewards for anything… I wish customer support was able to actually offer solutions. Why havent they added rewards to all accounts by now after being down for so long?

I know for a fact after all the deposits I’ve made I’m owed 100s$ in points these last few weeks. Is this ever going to be fixed??

Just fyi y’all, chat support was able to add the missing Crypto Club points to my account. I suggest expaining right off the bat that the point rewards littered throughout your transaction histories are Scratchcard rewards, an entirely different promotion. Absolutely ridiculous that to receive rightfully earned rewards that are still being advertised on the site (pretty misleading and borderline shady stuff there), it takes us pretty much hunting like we’re debt collectors
1000 percent. Seems not “random” at all. No bonus games, no free spins, just drains the bankroll within minutes
