it’s been so long since I even came in the forum to try to talk to a moderator cuz normally things go okay for the most part better than a couple years ago I don’t see anyone responding to my chat I’ll see a moderator I’m just looking for my crypto club reward points on my deposit they should be in my account right now and they’re not please help

I literally just asked about mine too and they said not all deposits get then. Which is totally contrary to what they state on the promo page

Yeaaaa I’m miss them too and keep getting same answers… at this point id just rather give like a 100k-200k rewards points and call even but doubt they’d do it

Maybe its been answered but is everyone still not getting Crypto rewards? I haven’t gotten any in a week and thats the max every day owed me, plus the scratchcard “bonuses” so 5 of those is worth what? 12.50?

This is due to recent issues unfortunately, it is being worked on and we hope to have this resolved soon.
Any way to get like a $15-20 cash bonus til then? Like if it was just a day or two id be fine but going on a week now…

Ugh it’s been like a week now! Seriously are we ever going to get what we earned? Feeling ripped off and scammed at this point! It’s one thing for there to be an issue with people getting their deposits when I don’t even understand that when crypto deposits are guaranteed! But what’s the issue with the crypto club reward points and scratch cards? What those were hacked and there’s been a breach when it comes to those! Lol! What can a person even do with those! This is all starting to feel like fraud and a scam! And it’s very convenient that while all this is going on players are just losing money playing on slots lv and literally not winning a dollar! I mean we haven’t even got a reason why all of these issues with the deposits and bonuses have occurred! Beyond frustrated and pissed off at this point!

This is still being worked on, progress is being made so hopefully players will start to get credited soon.

Does anyone know how long they have been doing maintenance on the free perks and bonuses? I made a qualifying deposit yesterday morning and usually i receive them 15 mins later… since we receive 3/4 free scratch bonus after qualifying deposit cant yall just accommodate for those instead?

This is due to the previous issues, they are still working to restore this back to normal.
For days now. No scratch card, no points back. Just take, no give. All deposits gone in minutes. I just want to play.
