I’m confused. My screen now looks like this. Does this mean I’m not enrolled? Why do my bonuses and rewards points keep changing? Some days I get 17500 other days I don’t get any. Other times I 3500. Is this normal?

The deposit has to made and lost same day before midnight eastern time to be eligible I believe. Then the next day at like 10 ET for me. Again for me if it’s made at 1am it wouldn’t be rewarded unit30 hours later.
Make sure you have opted in to rewards too. I made the mistake. It’s not automatic I don’t think

I’ve made numerous deposits the past 2 weeks without the crypto and card bonuses being available for me to claim. I’ve lost out on a huge amount of bonus funds I would’ve been able to receive for the deposits and it still isn’t showing up in my account.

No, they gave everyone something 2 days ago because of the problem, but since then still no crypto reward points, AND no scratch cards!
