I need my points checked on. My transactions says I deposited and completed wager day before last around 10pm and it is now 12 am the day after 24 hours. Usually awards me way sooner than 24 hours but I think the system must be having issues or something?
No issues, you should get the points till the end of the day today.

U know what would really make crypto club betterā¦,raising the cap on how many points you get for the depositsā¦like its doesnāt make me want to deposit more if I know after 5 deposits of $20 I donāt really benefit or gain anythingā¦like if you raise it and cap it at $50 in points for however many deposits it would be a little more enticingā¦. Just saying

So Ive been compensated for one of my deposits for rewards because the automated system isnāt working or something thatās why I havenāt received my rewards points but i still have another deposit that qualifies for another reward. Am I just screwed because the system isnāt automatically awarding them or whatās the hold up on the rewards points system?

@moderators Well I havent received my reward points for my deposit yesterday morning and i am currently chatting with customer service and they are saying the terms have changed to a minimum of $50 deposit

As far as I am aware it hasnāt changed. The agent did just send me some documentation that does say $50.
So Iām going to get it checked out as I think that is an error.
The minimum requirements is still $20.

Once again rewards points issue. Itās well over 24 hours and still have 2 qualifying deposits not awarded
