Hey Nick, any update? Every avenue of possible communication is giving the run around or blanket statements. A simple “the bonuses are no longer available “ or it’s a system issue would be great. Any type of timeframe for the bonuses to be issued would be great. Thanks

I have not gotten my 100% match bonus either. Usually drops on Maonday. Is there an update on this yet?

Also, can someone please explain to me who i can talk with about receiving the invitation for vip? Ive got almost 6 million rewards points, so not sure if i just missed the invitation, or is this juat the standard run of the mill “slots.lv slap in the face” that I’ve grown to love as much as an std?

This has been ridiculously frustrating. Getting the weekly deposit matches added to my account from the crypto club program would be amazing but I atleast want to understand what the problem is here.
The weekly crypto club perks have NEVER required a $20 deposit at the beginning of the week before getting the deposit bonus matches. Every single week for the past year the deposit matches are added Monday of each week automatically.
Yesterday I spoke with an agent who said “The Deposit Bonus Match will be added automatically today”
Now today customer service is telling me I need to make a $20 deposit to get the deposit bonus match which is not correct. I called and spoke with an agent over the phone who was very unhelpful and refused to transfer me to a supervisor when he was giving me incorrect information.
I made a $20 deposit just to prove that this will not fix the problem. The 100% deposit bonus match has not been added today.
I called customer service again after making the deposit and they are saying now I need to wait 24 to 48 hours and still refused to connect me to a supervisor that could atleast explain the situation better.
