We are unsure of what is causing the delay but it has been escalated to the Marketing team.

Moderators in here say its been escalated to marketing. Customer service agents give different answers anytime you talked to them.

Basically you guys are saying… you guys tell customers whatever just to shut them up. Im also going to guess that is how you guys are trained. The company does not care as long as people are giving their money to them.

Pretty soon people are going to get tired of giving their money and the company will be nothing. I know i deposit at least 5 days a week and have for a very long time. I used to be able to actually play whether i cash out money or not, its still fun to play. Now i deposit money and it just sucks it dry in 10 mins. Complaining is not going to do anything because THEY DONT CARE, but when the company goes under, maybe they will look back at all the complaints and realize what they did wrong.

The correct procedure is to escalate it to the Marketing team as this is their promotion. I can assure you that we have taken the necessary steps to ensure this issue gets resolved for the affected parties.

I got a message today saying I’ve received all my crypto club rewards… this place is so beyond clueless when it comes to their own promotions. I will never deposit here again. I’m so sick of arguing with clueless reps that never even read the promotions or the terms & just throw their discretion around because it makes them feel tough. Superslots it is for me moving forward.

Same. I contacted yesterday and they said they were behind on issuing them and said it would be there and still don’t have it.

Can you please clarify what bonus are you referring to? If this is crypto club then it’s 100%, not 150%.
