Yeah I didnā€™t get my reward points for my last deposit a few days ago nor did I get my deposit bonuses today. Chat is completely clueless as to how this promotion actually works and will just argue with you until you give up. So, thatā€™s what Iā€™m doing I give up and I will play somewhere that understands their own flipping promotions.

Your reward points for last weekā€™s deposit on 12/6 was credited on 12/7. For the deposit made on 12/7, you forfeited the bonus before the reward points could be added. This is why you didnā€™t receive the reward points for that qualifying deposit.

As it relates to todayā€™s deposit match offer, we are still looking into this.

Regardless if I forfeited the bonus or not I should have got 3500x2 for my 49$ deposit. Iā€™ve done it 100 times and still got the points
