I made a deposit and I am the highest tier at diamond flurry. Rewards points were not given to me for the deposit and customer service said they canāt help because I forfeited the deposit bonus.
How does that make any sense? Iām not entitled to get the full benefits of the deposit offer because I played with the money I deposited and lost it all? Makes 0 sense. I spend too much money here for CS to be so lazy and not understand their own promotions.

Hello! It is the CS crypto reload that I got from the chat agent I selected it then deposited $24 and never got the $12 bonus I should have gotten.

Iām sorry but thatās not how it works. We automatically receive the 100% match every Monday. After we deposit using the bonus match the points are rewarded the following day. Last weekās bonus has nothing to do with this weekās as today is a new week. I just want my 100% match so I can deposit and play that is given to me every Monday for being crypto exclusive
