I made a deposit and I am the highest tier at diamond flurry. Rewards points were not given to me for the deposit and customer service said they can’t help because I forfeited the deposit bonus.
How does that make any sense? I’m not entitled to get the full benefits of the deposit offer because I played with the money I deposited and lost it all? Makes 0 sense. I spend too much money here for CS to be so lazy and not understand their own promotions.

Hello! It is the CS crypto reload that I got from the chat agent I selected it then deposited $24 and never got the $12 bonus I should have gotten.

You haven’t funded your account, hence the reason why no perks were added.
I’m sorry but that’s not how it works. We automatically receive the 100% match every Monday. After we deposit using the bonus match the points are rewarded the following day. Last week’s bonus has nothing to do with this week’s as today is a new week. I just want my 100% match so I can deposit and play that is given to me every Monday for being crypto exclusive
I already contacted them about the same thing they said I had to make a deposit first which is completely wrong I’ve been doing the same thing every week this place has gotten so bad it’s sad
I just contacted chat and they said the Crypto Club ended yesterday at 11:59 pm and the promotions team is working on a new one. I don’t have any message about the change and the Crypto Club Page is still up on Slots.lv. I don’t know what to think but they usually make an announcement when a change is coming.
