To earn 3500 points for each $20, you have to deposit each $20 separately. So if you deposit $100 all at once, you will only get credit for one $20 deposit and receive 3500 points for a $100 deposit. 
Which is also why I havenāt played much. Maybe 1x/wk. I guess thatās a good thing for me. They are only hurting themselves.

Thank you for clarifying and for the screenshots. Seems like both bonuses were exhausted, which means that funds were spend prior to completing the rollover.
Running out of funds during a bonus does not put a halt to the additional perks the deposit comes with.
