This was discontinued when the new program was released I’m afraid.
I dont use bitcoin anymore. Fees are way to high. Move to litecoin. No fees
To earn 3500 points for each $20, you have to deposit each $20 separately. So if you deposit $100 all at once, you will only get credit for one $20 deposit and receive 3500 points for a $100 deposit.
