Marketing did reply and they advised that this offer was not available for your account, so we have requested this be re-checked.

This is crypto club bonus that can be used twice per week. This week you’ve already used it, it should be added again next week.

If slots lv isn’t going to EVER start giving cash back or free chips again then at least raise the amount of reward points for the crypto club. And seriously who wants to keep depositing and losing hundreds or thousands of dollars and keep getting 2.50 cents on the scratch card! All this is getting old and it’s not fair to the loyal players such as myself and many other players who is keeping them in business! Nothing like gaining losses and at the end of the day not having nothing to look forward to afterwards except the very bare minimum!

Why does every moderators response and the responses on chat seem so scripted on here? Like it’s just a way to appease someone. There’s always that response that what I’m suggesting will be taken in to consideration but nothing ever changes! Just tired of never getting ahead on here let alone being able to enjoy the games because the constant losing money makes it unenjoyable because I’m too busy trying to keep my money up. And when I do win it’s never what I put in or more. It doesn’t even make a difference when I play different games because they do worse than my usual. Well no point in complaining when it just falls on deaf ears. But for what it’s worth I really do hope that slots lv take in to consideration what I’m suggesting and also other players on here and actually makes some changes that will benefit us players and not just themselves!

We’ll need to wait until the current issues are fully resolved before we can investigate the scratchcard and crypto rewards matter. Once everything is back to normal, we’ll be glad to take a closer look for you.

The gameplay has really gotten bad it is alarming how awful to play is and then I get this promotion thing on there that says $120 in bonuses deposit and I deposit and get nothing customer service does nothing about it something really happened I don’t think I’m going to play here anymore
