This happened to me today. I chatted with CS and they had no idea whatsoever what I was talking about. I was completely shocked that CS don’t have a clue we got reward points for deposits

What happens when you click ‘Claim Now’?

It just takes me to your webpage to log in

So it wasn’t real, a mistake I am guessing.

@Nick I also had this problem, I wasn’t able to claim the points when I click the link. Anything you can do would be appreciated.

@frank where do you see that ? I don’t see that I ever recived them? Only points I have recived is the weekly 7500 for crypto deposit

Resolved how? Also I did not get free spins for my deposit on the 11th… but do not understand how I did not qualify for the free spins on my last deposit? But I did the previous?

@Frank Those points were earned from prior game play. I just redeemed them at that time but those were not points awarded those were redeemed. If they were rewarded it would show “point bonus” like the screen shot attached, this was for the weeky 7500, those points show as “point bonus” the additional points I had were from game play earlier. I never received a “point bonus” for 5000.

I see. I will escalate this to marketing, alongside other similar requests.

With regard to the spins, your qualifying deposits last week were 8th, 9th, 9th, 11th and spins were issued for all.

@frank should I expect to hear back from someone regarding this ?
