It’s gotten so bad here it’s really sad I still haven’t received my crypto club reward points from last Friday and all they tell me is it’s been escalated and the sad part is it’s literally only 17.50 they owe me lol truly unbelievable I think they are going out of business

Yeah I’m experiencing the same thing! Should have been stopped playing here. Three months worth of losses is pretty bad! Not sure what is going on with slots lv! It never use to be this bad! Because when it’s good it’s really really good! Taking a break for awhile losing to much money here games are playing worse than I’ve ever seen them play before! Hopefully they’re not closing down and all of our luck will get better! But that won’t be for a long time for me since I’m stepping away for awhile!

Sorry to hear that! Did you try reaching out to service@slotslv? Know you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops and that chat should be able to issue your reward points, It’s strange though because I’ve been getting mines. But slots service may be able to help. Email them and explain the situation!

I tried reaching out almost everyday since I didn’t get my rewards and all they say is that it got escalated it’s crazy and it’s not even a lot of rewards it’s literally like 15 dollars I really don’t understand it’s nuts!

Try emailing service@slots lv. Nothing beats a failure but a try. You paid for those reward points by depositing so you are supposed to get what’s owed to you. Again you shouldn’t have to go the extra mile but right through here what do you have to lose🤷🏽♀️

I’ve been having issues with getting my reward points the following day for my qualifying deposit of $20 or more as part of the crypto promotion. October 24th and 27th deposits have not been issued the points for the following day. @moderators can you check into this?
There is no more reward points given if your speaking if the crypto club promotion. You get an extra scratch card and one 100% match bonus weekly.
