I too have had my 10x pay glitch in me right after winning a decent line, no pay, still glitched. I have not played since this occurred as well. Screenshots and videos since it occurred as well. Thursday April 25th, nearly two weeks ago. No updates…

I am not seeing the option to pm you. I however have contacted support several times and supposedly the issue was escalated, my issue was a that it’s been 2 weeks in less than 24 hours and it’s like $117 dollars. Seems like the games having an issue and should perhaps be taken offline until fixed and credit the users that have won and were not paid. But that’s simply the right thing to do, doesn’t mean it’s going to happen.

@KalebDHopkins let me check the escalation.

SAME! I have been trying to play for last 2 weeks and it spins just fine when it’s not a win. However when it’s a winning spin the game completely glitches and freezes and the only thing you can do is refresh the page or close it and reopen… but still it does the same thing upon trying again. This is clearly an issue for every player and staff acting as if they are unaware or aren’t noticing what’s going on is completely suspect and a cause for concern. CLEARLY if they attempted to duplicate the issue on their own it would easily be shown.

@Nurse1981 can you please double check the time of the incident? Or were you referring to other game but 10 Time Vegas?

@Bradfordryan I’ve checked your recent gameplay and wasn’t able to see any stuck spin or incorrect payout on Ten Times Win. Can you please clarify more?

Yes I am talking about 10 times Vegas like everyone else. I never said ten times win… and I just tried game again after clear cache and using a diff browser. I got the Samee results.

I think some free spins are in order! This is crazy!

So what’s up? The issue still hasn’t been fixed nor have I been compensated for the money the game stole from me.

Hadn’t had any issues with the game until a few minutes ago, granted I think this particular win would have only been 21 cents. Lost more today so was going to slow play my rewards on 9cent bets.
