I’ve been asking what’s going on for a few weeks now since the previous points/rewards program has been discontinued. My responses have typically been- we aren’t sure what or when, but there will be something coming… 🫤
I am a ‘hosted member’ and haven’t heard from my ‘host’ in quite some time, but got a reply from someone else this morning basically saying she had zero info on any of this.
Doesn’t exactly make you want to deposit/play, that’s for sure!!
This was discontinued on July 20th.

I agree! When the points program ended it specifically said “but the good news is, we’re replacing it with something you’ll love. Don’t go anywhere”.
So the fact that no one knows what it is or when it will be implemented is frustrating. Because I’m sure most people including myself took that as one program out, next program in. Not that it would be almost a month later and no info no nothing. Disappointing to put it mildly.
