It was MAY when I made the original post, and I haven’t slowed down my spending but never got any VIP ANYTHING and to be 100% honest Ive been treated WORSE than ever before for the last couple of months now! NO COURTESY BONUSES any more, from about 3 a week to ZERO in months! Scratchcard from average of $50 to $2.50 10 days in a row! Starting to look elsewhere this is insane
Well they kicked me out of the program for not depositing as much money, eventhough i communicated with them i was having issues with someone using my info to hack my bank and crypto wallet. So my bank account got frozen while investigating. Ginally when i called and told them it barely got resolved to not end my hosted status and what they do ended it anyways.
I am sad to know you were having issues with your bank account. I hope everything was resolved with minimal damage. Regarding your hosted status, I wouldn’t worry too much about it as your account activity/game play is reviewed periodically. Good thing is that once your playing at a level they’re happy with, you’ll receive that invitation.
What I will advise you to do is continue playing a level you’re comfortable with and keep an eye out on your reward page as well as emails. Hope this helps.
Thia does not help because ive played here several years to be kicked out of a hosted vip program after a few months. Eventhough i was told because of the issue i was experiencing that id be able to keep my status as long as i stay in communication
I have reached out to your host and was advised that you did indeed have conversation regarding your situation; however, there was never anything mentioned to you from the host that your status would be retained if you keep in communication.

Not necessarily. I was able to get a courtesy bonus every single time I asked then. Since I got “demoted” with no explanation, Ive gotten zero I wont even waste time asking anymore. Also that daily scratchcard I would get between 50-100$ every day, now Ive gotten $2.50 EVERY DAY! And I spend a lot of money, play every single day. Its just an extra slap in the face from the Company is all, they literally told me “youre no longer important to us”. And days like today when Ive gotten completely SMOKED on 25 different games in a row? It’s terrible…

I could be that you have earned 10 million point over 10 years for example.
A VIP or a hosted player would likely have more constant activity on a regular basis, if that makes sense!

Isn’t that type of policy insulting to your players/customers? It certainly is to me, like whats up with policies that the requirements are a SECRET? I can tell you that as far as I go Im embarrassed to admit it but have to be on a 365+ day playing streak and out of nowhere my vip status was taken away, and the reason for that is again, a SECRET, like we’re not children, we’re the customers who are the only reason slotslv exists! Here is the latest example of the fine customer service- I made 2 bitcoin lightning deposits, after already making a few earlier and getting smoked, and the money hasn’t reached my account yet, even though its completed! Sorry Ill have to escalate the matter… first off the moneys there for a fact you have my receipts, so instead of just crediting my account they’re telling me to wait indefinitely. Could be today or tomorrow or the next day! So on top of losing earlier the money I was trying to use to win some back is just GONE, and I cant even play now, I obviously won’t try another deposit so it can disappear too like what kind of customer service is THAT?
We have no specifics regarding what would get you an invite, or why you would lose it.
That’s down to the marketing people i’m afraid.
