I have been waiting 5 days for a response for my perk points (Made by a qualifying deposit) and all they can say to me is it’s out of their hands and on a different department to investigate. Simple and plain in writing!! 5Days!!! No inconvenience chip, appreciation chip, or even my 100%match bonus!!! Took my deposit and left me with the “ escalated “ excuses and runarounds… I even made extra deposits while waiting, and they still haven’t resolved my issue from the first deposit promotion. Ladies and gentlemen…… please look up D.R.O. under the fair gaming tab in the help section. That’s where I’m going to file… hope it works

This is bull shit im a Platnium Paradise tier and ive never recieved any message regarding any exclusive VIP offer… I use to receive more benefits at the lowest tier than i do at the highest Platnium Paradise… All i see now is my deposits gone almost instantly after making them…
I totally feel you. It’s kind of like a bait and switch for you to deposit and then tell you, oh it’s a mistake. Almost everything they are doing and saying is contradicting the terms and conditions
