"V.I.P" Status?

I got a message from SLV informing me that I’d gotten “VIP Staus” which I assumed meant that I lost a lot of money :laughing:! It added that as a VIP I would receive “additional benefits” which included 24/7 Concierge, Faster withdrawals and weekly bonuses." As of now I’ve spoken to I think 5 different employees via chat and from everything Ive heard basically there’s absolutely NOTHING that has changed. Not what it sounds like in the message, am I wrong? Or is the information that I’ve been told wrong?

You have been moved up to VIP status, but you will still need to keep an eye on your rewards as before for anything that is added.

It’s an extremely misleading message. Literally every single thing stated has been a lie. I didn’t get a “concierge” or any “weekly bonuses” but I’m honored to join the club of fellow degenerates lol :laughing:
