I got a message from SLV informing me that I’d gotten “VIP Staus” which I assumed meant that I lost a lot of money ! It added that as a VIP I would receive “additional benefits” which included 24/7 Concierge, Faster withdrawals and weekly bonuses." As of now I’ve spoken to I think 5 different employees via chat and from everything Ive heard basically there’s absolutely NOTHING that has changed. Not what it sounds like in the message, am I wrong? Or is the information that I’ve been told wrong?
You have been moved up to VIP status, but you will still need to keep an eye on your rewards as before for anything that is added.
It’s an extremely misleading message. Literally every single thing stated has been a lie. I didn’t get a “concierge” or any “weekly bonuses” but I’m honored to join the club of fellow degenerates lol
I recently have been going through this same problem. I was even told that there is no such thing as a vip concierge department. I keep being told to keep a look out for bonuses and that someday I’ll be contacted by someone to talk about the VIP membership. This is very disappointing because I’ve deposited more here than on Bovada casino and I received VIP STATUS faster there one the first day I received a $200 bonus, second week $200 bonus and third week $200 bonus without having to make any deposit I’ve been contacted by a personal vip agent each week with a direct number to speak with him. So something is not right with what’s being done here.
Yes id also like to say that i totally agree with the others on this thread that the message or notification revieved regarding VIP status is total BS and although it has merit in which I agree that after all that i have deposited and remained playing on this site. That YES i agree i have made VIP status but what is mentioned in the Notification recieved regarding that status, Ive been told that it was sent out by the marketing department and that all the “Rewards and Special Services” are just for marketing purposes and that nothing has changed or should i feel like a VIP.
To this day. Still have not be contacted by the vip concierge department, have not received any weekly bonuses, have not been informed of the benefits except the misleading and false message I received three days after becoming a VIP member saying I’d be receiving a call soonl to inform me of all the perks of becoming a member.

They will typically contact you if they have a bonus available for you.
