I’m telling you, the update in December when the site was down for almost 2 days is when it all changed. I withdrew 11,000 in 2021 but since December I have made one withdrawal. Idk what they done to the site but it’s definitely not the same anymore.

I’ve been spinning here for years and have never seen the slots so tight. If I’m lucky I’ll hit one bonus round every 2-3 hundred spins and then if I’m really lucky I’ll win more than my bet. They are probably hurting due to market conditions and lowering RTP is an easy way to recoup losses. Good luck all!

Derek. Your answers to each I quiet are defensive at tue very least and not supportive to your vip high stakes clientele. Look at what IVE spent. I have not had one bonus in a month. Yet keep getting g host calls welcoming to the program. You guys have zero customer service anymore.

Why not explain why the comps and bonus etc have been scaled back greatly ?

me too! im done over 1k in last 2wks i had bad luck before but this is different like they just turned off bonuses and rtp…if you can burn thru 100.00 in a matter of minutes thats not bad luck!!! im done here. when crypto goes down so does your rtp tell me im wrong. this world is messed up and the rich are getting richer off us.

Their newest thing apparently is taking longer than an hour to process a withdrawal. I know the goal is to make sure I end up changing my mind this is BS for the last year it’s taking an hour at most all three of the other casinos process in less than 50 minutes. I made three successful withdrawals from one of the sister sites yesterday , total time last than 3 hours.
The withdrawal was processed in less than 24 hours as advertised it appears.
