So I was given an inconvenience bonus and was super excited. Then I play switching between a couple different game. I swear I only had 1 winning spin with $50. So the bonus itself was an inconvenience. Thousands gone and I’ve NEVER withdrawn. Think it’s time to quit.
Update. I said I was not going to do this. Again. Ha! But after the post above I went to my account once again to find some points. Enough to more than get a feel for a couple of games before losing them completely. Well it should of been. After all my losses and don’t get me wrong, the bonuses have been given. But what good are they if they really don’t give you a shot. I am not saying i have been on my game every time. There has been at least twice I should have taken my winnings and walked away but didn’t because it wasn’t a quarter of what I’ve spent. It’s enjoyable until it’s not. I hope it gets better for everyone. Including these folks answering phones and on the other end of my chats after an experience like mine. Ha!!

To be fair I got incredibly lucky on mine!
I claimed mine and went to Dragon scroll game $2 spins and hit the bonus free spins… then again bonus free spins for $3. And on that bonus i get one spin with 4 gold Dragons multipliers!
I’ve played this game for year+ And first time ever seen 4! Rarely ever see 2-3.
I’m in the same boat and it’s disgusting they could’ve gave me $1000 to play with and I would’ve hit shit I swear they pick and choose who they want to win I’ve lost over $10,000 since the beginning of February I’m sick to my stomach over not one pet a regular casino they would at least comp me for my losing‘s

Hopefully we can catch a break soon. I normally been able to win a bit. Have done 2 withdraws so far and have played a lot back. Appreciate the little bonus that was given. Hopefully luck will turn around…

The machines are too tight. Ive tried various bet amounts and nothing hits. Rarely will i get over initial deposit, and even then its like 10%. then the machine dies and nothing hits. lately my deposits have been less and less, why deposit alot when it wont hit?
There are other sites out there that hit better, but i will admit, the hassle to verify account and be able to make withdrawals is too great.
As it stands, place is probably going to lose my business. the bonus they gave for the outage was nice, but never see free spins that are just given without a deposit, and the bonus that is given weekly, like 3% of deposit amount is not a “gift”
so yes, i too am tired of losing/wasting money here

This all started after the “planned update” they did last December. I used to win quite a bit. Since that “planned update”in December I stopped winning completely. I think I have withdrawn once since December. And I know I have deposited several thousand dollars since then. I guess it was nice while it lasted

It seems for the last few days all of the sister sites…the chances of getting a decent hit on bonus spins decreased dramatically for me…I gone through 5-7k in the last few days mostly on the main site but the pattern is the same. I noticed when I play small (1.00) it keeps my balance close to what I started with. I hit bonus spins etc decent rate but never above 10x bet. If I play 2.00+ the bonus spin decreases to basically zero and and eats up all my balance with piss poor rtp. Might I add that I cashed out fairly decent amount before any of this happened. So now I’m questioning if withdrawals truly affect your win rate or not.

I can confirm that any win, loss or withdrawal will have no effect whatsoever of your chance to win.

Me too! This site was great at first and now I absolutely can’t stand kt . I m ow they are purposely making me lose because I dump money into it
Sometimes its seems like the more you deposit the quicker you loose it . This past week I maybe got thru 10% of the playthrough…hopefully everyones luck turns around soon.
I’ve noticed they all are like this except 1 and I’m gonna stick to the other one from now on this is crazy!!! The games don’t even spin right anymore
