Anyone else not receiving barely any rewards? I talked with customer service the other day and over the last 31 days have lost over $6000 and they said that warranted me an $80 bonus with 60x rollover?! That seems really crazy, considering I’m almost the highest rewards level. Just wondering if this is happening to anyone else before I cancel this account and switch somewhere else?

Note that this isn’t the only bonus you’ve received within the last 31 days. Other bonuses you’ve been issued would obviously play a part in how much you would receive as well. You’ve been provided far more than 80$ over the past 31 days.
These are also exception to our onsite promotions and offers and are rarely provided.

Personally, and it seems like the majority as well, don’t see how the rewards given even come close to being appropriate for the rewards level and amount spent. I appreciate the quick response, but politely I will be cancelling.

That is an entirely different argument, and I wouldn’t obviously be able to advise you what is an acceptable amount of rewards to you. This is ultimately your choice and opinion.
That being said again these are in addition to things like crypto exclusive benefits, deposit bonuses provided weekly, reward points you earn for the random drops and simply through the reward program, referrals, Forum activities, random benefits provided to account or onsite promotions, etc.

I guess I don’t see how a deposit bonus… to where I would have to deposit MORE, is an appropriate kick back. But agreed we won’t be seeing eye to eye, thanks for the explanation.

Slots lv updates a lot we just need a new promoter bonus host lol, but ya I agree anywhere else would take care for losses but slots lv seems to know how to balance things around . Like the new jackpot drops but I feel you . You are worth more than felt and given by slots lv 
I’m the number one customer been dealing with slots lv since awhile now . When I use to cash out checks and slots lv would tell me to tell my bank that they owed me for some stuff I ordered and not to mention gambling lol … never snitching #slotslv

Im not sure of the details of this person’s unfortunate situation obviously but I would like to weigh in as you have invited us to do so. And this is speaking only for myself and my experience but maybe someone can relate or not. It’s whatever. I definitely feel frustrated and disappointed when I reflect on the amount of money I have spent overall but my biggest portions def come here (and 2 of the 3 others) as opposed to different brands of casinos. And even though I spend more here I get way less in NDB than any other place. However after I really thought about it I came to this conclusion…other brands give excessive bonus for free spins sometimes multiple times a day because it diverts your attention away from the fact that you’re still losing on their games. The only way they can get people to be loyal is to give away bonuses that usually have a max cash of something ridiculous. Because their stupid games only win for high rollers. People think they are getting hooked up for their loyalty when really they are just getting reeled in to get hooked. Here at Slots I have won more times and more amounts than anywhere else. Hands down. And when you compare the bonuses to other places… free spins have no roll over and the max cash out is only regarding the amount to be won from the free spins after that it’s like cash u deposit. Other brands…at least 35x wagering and that is being very generous. More like usually 50/60x on top of the overall max cash out of next to nothing. Also here you accumulate points that can be cashed in for even 1 cent. Other places it’s a min amount and a max cash out of 5 x the value of points. I mean it’s ridiculous petty shit when you really think about it. And all that to make up for the fact that their games are rigged. Here I genuinely feel like my money is better off here than anywhere else. I mean THEY ALL have the advantage over the players. . otherwise there would be no point in having the business. I just feel like Slots doesn’t bedazzle us with nothing ass free spins and loyalty chips bc they are already taking care of us. And the games win …at least more consistent than any others. There are dry spells and then it phases into winning and so on but I can’t get upset when I lose it all bc when I’m winning…I’m feeling an entirely different way. Idk. Sorry I went off on a tangent.

Ya im with ya. My girlfriend has 10x less lifetime points and gets better rewards than i do. Most recent example being she recieved a 20 dollar holiday gift bonus while i get nothing. She also gets like a cash back bonus added frequently days after deposits while i get nada. Its incredibly frustrating since they wont explain why or tell me what id have to do to be eligible for such rewards. I suspect because its not a fairly structured rewards program or maybe theres a literal naughty or nice list based on interactions with customer service but thats just me speculating since they dont share that kind of info.

I kinda feelnrhe same way, im in the gold frenzy tier and i have been denied a bonus for a long time now, andnu have never received anywere close to 80, its usualy 10 or 15 with a redicukous rollpver requirement

There goes our “holiday free spins” . Con artist scam to get people to deposit and have a way of not complying with the free spins after the promotion has ended. “Hey don’t worry guys, just keep depositing thousands into our pockets and we will chose a ‘random’ low-limit low-withdrawal low-depositing player to give free spins too bc even if they win something it doesn’t matter bc they are down altogether throughout the year” LMAOOO what a bunch of money hungry bums!
when i got themax lvl i thought i would exp some better win or better chance to make even and nothing it was very disappointing

Im am Diamond Flurry level for years now. Unfortunately the higher up you get the less they feel the need to entice you to play with freebies. It is what it is. I absolutely love Slots LV mainly because they are trustworthy and i like the site. I am currently on the longest losing streak i think ive maybe ever had here. Not sure whats going on there but its gambling. Ive received a couple of small 50$ gifts which is nice but a drop in the bucket when you think of how much is spent. Anyway good luck everyone!!!

If you happen to use deposit bonuses often, that may be why you don’t seem to accumulate as fast as you think you should. Bonus funds or locked funds don’t accumulate those points. Once you satisfy the playthrough or rollover requirements, then you’ll start accumulating reward points normally. Also, in case you weren’t aware, specialty games accumulate points much faster. They also satisfy rollover faster too.
