anyone else ever have this problem? Games been lagging really bad was down too last of my money on there and bet it all on last spin the reels showed the red bars with the 10x symbol but it didn’t pay out anything???

Sorry to learn of this issue as we understand this can cause frustration. Was this the last spin you made?
Yes it was
It shows that you are only playing one line which is by default the center line making the outcome correct. You would needed to play three lines for this to be a winner.
No that’s not correct I was playing all 3 ?
It was 1 line you were playing.
