I was having a good time on Friday, 1-26-24 here, but had a slew of server timeout HTTP 500 errors where the game would simply show “Game Timeout” or the error, please reload. The issue I have is when this happens, the players bet is taken without any recompense and the game resets to normal amounts if the bet was changed. It’s one thing on some sites where I’ve seen the game reload and play out the spin that was during the disconnect to show the player the correct thing, but in the cases of mostly Wynloch Keep, and a couple on Witches, Cleo, and Reels XL, none of these had any wins - the bet simply disappeared and nothing was communicated to the player.
Without this referencing of what is going on every time the servers hiccupped (and it was at least 7-8 times that night), everything from $0.20 bets to $2.50 bets were lost (which I know is not huge but it’s the principle), it really does make you feel like you’re just being stolen from. Game flips out? Congrats, go reload it and that bet amount you never saw the outcome of is gone.
Spoke to Genella who was super helpful but Casino claimed they couldn’t even issue me a free token or any compensation when their service timed out. Really makes me feel like a valued player.
