Are we stopping reward points? They usually show adding up in the transactions section and they don’t anymore.
Rewards points have no been stopped, and I can see you have been getting them.
It’s worth noting that you do not get them when you play with bonus funds.

I havent recieved my points still either. They’ve escalated my case and still i dont see them and have made another crypto deposit afterwards as well.
@Deebo96 What you are referring to is a different thing, but yes, it would seem your issue was already escalated.

Oh okay i see. Thanks. Im just worried if it doesnt get resolved by tomorrow night this weeks promotion will end and i will miss out and that would suck. Just trying to let somewhere be aware in hopes i can retrieve them if this event were to occur.
