What I find very concerning is that your banner (let’s just say it’s there even though I do not see one and other users have made the same claim) does not mention the delay with crediting deposits. Had I known this to begin with, I wouldn’t have made a deposit yesterday and I’m now waiting for my funds without an ETA as to when they’ll be available. I’m sure others here can relate.
Why are you still allowing deposits if they can’t be credited? Why hasn’t the option been removed, or a warning put in place? The lack of transparency and awareness is mind blowing.
