So I recently reached out to CS and an agent was more than helpful in listening to my issue and granting me some rewards to keep me happy for compensation of my previous loss of rewards from the scratch card and the previous days deposits. Although greatful, i have now made 4 more deposits since any rewards were granted and quickly lost before those deposits were made. Now i have tried explaning to an agent 3 different times. Only to have them all tell me that I’ve been compensated for everything already. Obviously not taking the time to either fully look at my account or is just issuing the quickest response.

But it sounds like there many issues with this site, along with the ongoing issue that many arent following or bringing up and that is what seems to be almost impossible odds being weighted against and never seem to be on your favor. Not by playing on the site or speaking with customer service regarding an issue or asking for something for the loyalty of still playing and losing here daily.

You could go ahead an issue a set of Courtesy Rewards to make up for this inconvenience… Its one thing to think this only an issue with rewards and promotional points. But does it go even further, like maybe even games being played and the overall odds of winning. Ive always experienced losses which playing on the site. Normally they were from me beating myself not stopping while ahead, or betting to large of an amount while winning smaller returns. But lately it’s just been losses from the 1st bet being placed, to my account and rewards when there were any showing $0.00 and then one again after another deposit is made.

Yeah this has been my exact experience too for just about two months now! I’m beyond tired of it! What happened to RTP? Does that just not exist anymore? It’s just nothing but donating money non stop! Not a snowballs chance in hell of winning! Scared to even deposit on here anymore! It should never get that bad! Sheesh!

@Nick Just a heads up for me. Long time Diamond here as you know. I reached out to CS as this is the third day I’ve not been able to do any scratch cards despite putting in several hundred (I am indeed seeing banner on edge, desktop showing the troubles). I reached out to a CS rep who was incredibly unhelpful. They simply said oh we already credited your rewards points a few days ago. Zero about this current issue. Not even a courtesy bonus or credit or anything.

Really also doubting why I continue to spend here. Compensation for a minimum 3 days’ scratch card bonuses plus downtime is at minimum, expected, when the site has issues like this.

i am still trying to see the deposits i made on the 22nd i dont know weather i should try to get it from cash app or will it show up soon

Our system experienced a major outage that affected the site and many of our internal tools, which caused the bulk of the issues players have been seeing.
