Why can’t redeem points

Yes it’s the points I built up it’s not building anymore when I am playing and it won’t cash out what’s on there
Just to clarify, are you looking to use your points to purchase a bonus?
You can’t redeem them because now the new rule is you have to have at the minimum 2.50 to redeem reward points and if I’m mistaken then it’s 2.25. Yeah this changed also because we used to be able to redeem any reward points no matter what the amount on there was!
Yes, there will be a minimum you can redeem, so you would need to reach that before you can redeem.
I didn’t know there was a minimum that you can cash out after redeeming the words points and clearing the playthrough. What is the playthrough requirements and how much is the minimum that can be cashed out?
