You’ll first need to head over to your ‘MySlots Rewards’ Portal and click on “Get My Bonus”, then you can choose to redeem all or just a portion of your Rewards Points… Once redeemed, it will then be converted into playable bonus funds that you could use on Slots, Table Games, Video Poker and Specialty Games.
Honestly I’m really upset and disappointed in this site. I deposit damn much via crypto and part of the crypto program. Every time I ask an agent to help with any promotion or anything relevant to my account they defer and make you specifically ask for whatever it is. They don’t help at all. Not only am delisting thousands and losing daily but to get any sort of assistance from an agent is out of the question.

Yes I contacted them about the issues I was having and nothing was done. I was told just because it’s not a wide site issue that basically it didn’t happen. It’s frustrating cause I’m playing with my money and dealing with network errors during the slots spins and having to continually reload the game and it has an effect on the game.

The game would spin and spin without stopping. An error message would pop up and say “network error, please reload the game” this happen countless times
Honestly something has to be done about the scratch tickets. There’s no way I’ve played that over 20 times and never won more than 10000 points.

Yea I’m a bit confused and upset about what you are saying about reward points for life I’ve been here a while. I’ve been Bastille out of points to be on a new level. I’m passed diamond flurry but still stuck there. My reward points are useless are useless unless I have two dollars and 50 Cent to withdraw to the game at first, I was able to get any of my reward points that I had that I earn.now I can’t Even use them unless I have to pay 250. That sucks. Sucks.

Same problem I’ve complained about since about a year ago my reward points for diamond flurry. Here I well Over the amount needed no VIP no it’s rewards nothing special. Everything stays the same and I’m always told nothing same thing over a year still haven’t made it to VIP or extra or anything
