What if you referred someone and did not get the bonus?
- You have to email or contact support via Live Chat.
Option A).
If the relationship was NOT established (this can be checked by support), kindly ask your friend to contact us via Live Chat to establish the relationship and mention your name and email address.
Option B).
In cases when the relationship was established, the bonus is added automatically by the system after the deposit was made 24-48 hours, and IF the referred account is matching all the requirements what is stated in the Refer and Friend and in our Terms and Conditions.
