Misleading Promtional Emails Needing to be Re-categorized

Everyday i get a disappointing supposedly promtional email from slots.lv. These arent promotional but more categorized as marketing for featured games being offered on the platform. Having a friend on the platform that was refered by me, to which i never recieved an refferal for. He gets emails all the time regarding bonuses and free spins. While with me that has reached the highest tier level and has been deposited and playing while substaning tremendous losses over the years, not only doesnt get the same emails or free spins as he does. But also to add to it when i do chat with customer service to ask for any loyalty rewards or promotional items, im usually always given a nothing is available on your account at this time, but thats not to say the same response will be for future requests please keep checking your rewards section of the site.

Yes! That’s the exact response that I get all the time! And it never changes! I’ve been playing for a very long time here and have been at the highest tier and I’ve literally asked for an exception bonus countless times and I get that same response that you get non stop! And to add to it I’ve lost so much money over the years and in the past two months that I’ve lost count!

Our promotional emails are often tailored to specific player activity, and as a result, not all players receive the same offers at the same time. We understand how this can feel disappointing, especially given your loyalty and long-term engagement with us.

Please know that we are constantly working to improve our rewards and promotions system, and we value players like you immensely. While certain offers may not be available to your account at the moment, this can change, so we recommend continuing to check your rewards section regularly.

Regarding the referral issue, we’d be happy to look into it further. If you could provide your friend’s username or email (if permitted) via private message, we can investigate why the referral reward may not have been credited.
