The playthrough requirements are insane theyre not even worth using, you can play all night long only to lose it all, and why is it that every brick and mortar casino gives bonuses with a 1x playthrough and no deposit required?

Many players do complete rollovers on their bonuses. At the end of the day it’s another chance to win if you come up unlucky the first time. You do not have to accept the bonus if you do not wish to, this would be down to the individuals choice, some players like them, some players don’t!
I agree some of the rollover limits are outrageous! You can win $2000, play it at $1 a bet all night and end up with zero. Plus it seems that getting any type of win on anything is becoming increasingly difficult.

Our goal is to ensure we meet player experience expectations for as broad a group of players as possible, unfortunately its not always the case, but we are trying out best, The feedbacks are always appreciated. 
The amount of players that complete the playthroughs before running out of money is extremely low compared to the amount of players that play.especially since they upped the playthrough.

You may want to perhaps consider adopting a new strategy.
Should just lower the playthroughs.not alaways but shit at least sometimes.

You’re the moderator but dont take it personally when people tell you things that they dont like, I thought that was the point of the forum, maybe Im wrong but I thought it was at least partially to get player feedback? I thought its all random luck RNG and all that? So what strategy are you referring to if the games are random luck?
Strategies such as trying a different game when your luck seems to have run out, budgeting, switching up your stake amount etc. There are many different ways to approach your gameplay in order to complete bonus rollovers.
