Honor Promotions



I received two emails for 100k rewards points, both with two different expiration dates, therefore being two different promos. They aren’t honoring the second email saying that it was a reminder to claim the 100k. No where on the email does it say reminder and why would it have a different expiration date? Whether it was sent by mistake or an error by the system, honor the email, dont make up some bullshit excuse that it was a reminder email. It’s not a reminder, if it was the expiration date wouldn’t be the same. If I have 7 days to redeem the promo from the first day it was offered, that date wouldn’t change. It’s not my fault.
